Questions before your first visit
Do your masters speak English or Russian?
Yes. A Russian-speaking curator is always on the floor and the team speaks English and Thai. You can send a reference photo in advance via Instagram Direct or Telegram.
How do I book an appointment?
Online in about 30 seconds — the booking calendar shows every master’s real-time availability. You can also book in our Telegram bot, by phone or in Instagram Direct.
What do the levels ONE, PRO and PRIME mean?
They are master levels. The same service is priced by the master’s experience, and every level works under mentor supervision. You choose the level when booking.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes — 10 days on manicure and pedicure. If anything goes wrong with the result within 10 days, contact us and we will fix it.
What are your opening hours?
We are open every day from 10:00 to 21:00.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift certificates are available at the salon or via Instagram Direct — a great present for any occasion.
Can I buy professional hair care to take home?
Yes. Our curators select premium hair and skin care for the tropical climate and will help you choose products for your hair type.

Men’s haircut
How long does a men’s haircut take?
About 60 minutes; the Premium haircut with scalp care takes about 75 minutes, and a clipper cut about 30 minutes.
Why does the price vary from ฿1,000?
The price depends on the master level (ONE, PRO or PRIME). Every level works under mentor supervision; you choose the level when booking.
Can I bring a photo reference?
Yes — please do. You can also send it in advance via Instagram Direct or Telegram.

Beard & royal shave
How long does a royal shave take?
About 40 minutes; a beard trim takes about 45 minutes.
Does beard trimming include changing the length?
Beard trimming focuses on tidying, reducing bulk and defining the silhouette. Tell the barber if you want a significant change in length.
Can I combine a haircut and beard?
Yes — choose both services when booking and we will plan the time for one visit.

How long does it take?
About 30 minutes for hair or beard camouflage.
Will it look dyed?
No. Camouflage is designed to blend grey naturally, not to cover it with a flat colour.

How long does it take?
About 60 minutes for a men’s manicure and about 60 minutes for a men’s pedicure.
Will my nails look polished?
No — the finish is natural by default. Tell the master if you would like a clear coat or a design.

How long does a gel manicure last in Phuket?
A quality coating can last until the next removal, but we recommend refreshing it every 2–3 weeks for neat regrowth and nail health.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes — 10 days on manicure. If anything goes wrong, contact us and we will fix it.
How much is nail design?
Design is priced from ฿50 to ฿300 depending on complexity and is added to the manicure.

How long does a pedicure take?
A full pedicure with gel polish takes about 2 hours, toes with gel polish about 1 h 20 min, and a hygienic spa pedicure about 40 minutes.
Can I do manicure and pedicure at the same time?
Yes — book the four-hands service: two masters work simultaneously, and both are done in about 1 h 45 min.

How long do extensions take?
About 2 h 30 min for extensions and the same for a correction.
How often do I need a correction?
Usually every 3–4 weeks depending on nail growth.

How long does it take?
About 1 h 45 min with coating and about 45 minutes without coating.
Is the quality the same as separate services?
Yes — each master focuses on one task, under the same standards and guarantee.

How much does hair colouring cost?
From ฿3,500. The final price depends on length, density and technique — the colourist confirms it after diagnosis.
How do I keep colour from fading in Phuket?
Protect hair from sun and chlorine, use sulphate-free products and book regular care rituals; our curators will build a plan for your hair.
