What we collect

Data you send us through the request form: name, contact (phone, WhatsApp or Telegram), the service you are interested in, and the page you sent it from.
Technical data needed for the site to work and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Yandex Metrica, Microsoft Clarity).
Online booking is processed by our booking provider Altegio under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and arrange your appointment.
To measure site traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising — only after you accept cookies.

Legal basis and retention

We process request data on the basis of your request (pre-contractual steps) and analytics data on the basis of your consent. Requests are kept for up to 12 months unless you become our client.

Your rights

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can request access, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw consent at any time by contacting us by phone or in Instagram Direct (@era.phuket). You can reset cookie consent by clearing site data in your browser.

Sharing
